  • actions performed through their account;
  • preventing access by unauthorized persons;

IV. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Art. 10. Paid Subscriptions

Easy Cuts offers paid access for the following periods:

  • 1 month;
  • 3 months;
  • 1 year.

Each subscription constitutes a one-time purchase of access for the selected period.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically.

After the paid period expires, no new payment is made, and no new amount is charged to the user's payment method.

To continue paid access, the user must independently select and pay for a new subscription.

The price, included features, and limitations of each plan are displayed on the site before payment.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the prices announced to users include applicable taxes and VAT.

Art. 11. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract for paid access is considered concluded once the user:

  • selects a subscription period;
  • provides the necessary data;
  • accepts these terms of service;
  • confirms the order with a payment obligation;
  • performs a successful payment.

After successful payment, the user receives an electronic confirmation, and the paid access is activated.

Art. 12. Start and Duration

The subscription period begins from the moment of successful activation.

Its duration is respectively:

  • one month;
  • three months;
  • one year.

The period is calculated from the date of activation to the corresponding date in the next month, the third month, or the next year.

When there is no corresponding calendar date, the period ends on the last day of that month.

Art. 13. Expiration of Subscription

After the paid period expires, the subscription ends automatically.

The expiration of the subscription does not lead to:

  • automatic purchase of a new period;
  • automatic charging of an amount;
  • automatic withdrawal of funds from a bank card;
  • conclusion of a new contract.

The Provider may send a reminder that the subscription is expiring or has expired. Such a reminder does not constitute an automatic renewal or payment obligation.

After expiration, the user may purchase a new subscription for a period of their choice at the price valid at that time.

V. PAYMENTS

Art. 14. Payment Method

Payments are made through the payment methods listed on the payment page.

Easy Cuts does not store full bank card details when payment is processed via an external payment operator.

The user is obliged to provide accurate payment and invoicing data.

Art. 15. One-time Payment

Payment for each selected subscription period is one-time.

Easy Cuts has no right to charge an additional subscription fee after the period expires without new explicit confirmation and payment by the user.

Saving a payment method by a payment operator, where available, does not mean consent for future automatic payments.

Art. 16. Unsuccessful Payment

In case of an unsuccessful initial payment, the paid subscription is not activated.

The Provider or the payment operator may inform the user of the unsuccessful payment and provide an opportunity for a new attempt.

Without successful payment, the user has no right to use the paid features.

Art. 17. Price Changes
